]]> Since [REDACTED], BC34 has reigned as the largest news organization in the US, and currently controls the majority of mass media consumed by the western world. The corporation started as an unassuming online publication, Pub34, whose articles were typically only linked to and read by individuals interested in fringe conspiracy forums.

However, due to civil unrest in the 2030’s, they quickly grew into a popular news source—one known for a folksy, grassroots approach—and rebranded as BC34.  The new network and then-reporter, Tess Logan, were both launched to fame after conducting an unforgettable interview with a young Dallas Faraday.

]]> Aka Group was founded in the late 2020’s, originally making equipment for cameras and image recognition. They are now the leader in cybernetics, visual saugs, and various wetware. Their rise to prominence started when they invented cybernetic optics with customizable eyes, down to the pupil shape. It has recently been speculated that Aka Group is poised to buy its largest competitor, Lunara.

Shiro Aya, the company’s current CEO, rose through the ranks at record speed, and is responsible for much of the brand’s current popularity. Upon being named CEO she struck a 5-year deal to have the pop star celebrity, Celeste, exclusively wear and promote their flagship line of designer eyes.  

In addition to their fashion optic devices, Aka also makes high-end consumer models that increase the user’s spectrum of visible light and increase scan speed. Beyond the consumer markets, Aka has recently started collaborating with mil-tech companies for augmentation, visors, and scopes that can flip through different types of visual enhancements.

]]> Dallas Faraday started his infamous moon mining company, Lunara, with the bulk of the fortune he made through trading crypto. The company came to prominence after announcing it had found badly needed—and valuable—silicon in several Moon craters.

Currently run by Lindon Faraday, one of Dallas’ great-nephews, the business has changed dramatically under his leadership. While mining operations still occur, Lunara is now largely known for it’s hostile buyouts of smaller competitors, which have turned it into a global force. These days, the company has its hand in everything—pharmaceuticals, real estate, finance, augmentation tech, and, if you believe the rumors, all kinds of sordid underground endeavors.

]]> Founded by Dallas Faraday in [REDACTED], the company was initially focused on designing, manufacturing, and launching the skyscraper sized ships (TRIPs) intended to transport hundreds of thousands of colonists to the moon.  To facilitate development, a variety of shell companies were used to purchase swaths of real estate just outside of Fresno, California. The newly purchased land was then used as the site of the (theoretically) temporary Dream City, which was meant to be both employee housing and launch pad.

CEO and founder of Faraday Technologies, Dallas Faraday, served as chairman of Dream City and oversaw the massive endeavor up until his untimely death in [REDACTED].  The company merged with Lunara in [REDACTED] when plans for the Moon city were publicly abandoned.
